Cod and prawn ceviche

Follow the step by step of this easy recipe and prepare this exquisite variation of the classic fish ceviche, a recipe of Peruvian origin that lends itself to the use of different ingredients. Ingredients to make cod and prawn ceviche:

 1 unit of cod fillet

 3 units of Prawns

 ½ unit of red onion

 1 unit of Lemon

 1 unit of Chile chipotle

 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper

 1 dash of olive oil

 5 branches of coriander

How to make cod and prawn ceviche:

The first step in making this ceviche will be getting the ingredients ready. Clean the fish very well, removing the skin and bones and peel the prawns. Also chop the fresh coriander and onion finely.

Cut the fish and prawns into small pieces, about 2-3 centimeters, and reserve in a bowl.

To make the ceviche marinade, add the lemon juice, cilantro, onion, chili, salt and pepper to the bowl. Mix all ingredients well.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours. This will cause the fish and prawns to 'cook' with the acids in the lemon.

After this time you can serve the cod and prawn ceviche. Drizzle with a little oil and garnish with lemon and coriander.
